tire pressure on all tires and warning light on, I am handicapped but can drive, Shane waited on me and he was excellent! He was polite, courteous and had the tire pressure where it should be in minutes...light went out after about a mile of driving...I was very impressed with him!

Miller Hill Subaru is our "go-to" for Subaru maintenance, repairs, et all! They are professional, kind, courteous, and efficient! I love the popcorn in the waiting area, that they welcome pets (though we have not yet brought "Inga," we know that we can!) I love even the shuttle service to neighboring businesses! One trip to Miller Hill Subaru, I needed to go get a hair cut. So the shuttle driver brought me to Great Clips as my car repair was happening. Cannot complain about this perfect service from MHS! Highly recommend them!

The parts for my repair had to be ordered. A reminder was sent for the actual repair date. The work took about 1.5 hr. as estimated. Devan Wilder was very professional and handled my in-warranty work to my satisfaction. I was disappointed that the power window needed to be repaired, but the service was convenient and seems to be successful
Purchased my Forester here, new, in 2018. Have gotten all my service here. I like that all tire rotations are free since I purchased tires at this dealership. I like ease of express service and choose times that are generally less busy. Service people are great.

Always nervous buying a car. The process was good and sales person very nice. It came to a lot more than expected and my rate ended up being 2% higher than the special you offered about 2 weeks later which frankly pissed me off. I would maybe recommend someone but feel you could have told me and I would have waited and put more down. I have excellent credit and work at having it so I get a better rate. It isn't easy for me to get to Duluth for service, so when I do, I try to schedule multiple services at once. I needed my brakes replaced and my 60,000 mile service, and wanted a few other minor issues addressed.
Shane was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional and took the time to make sure all issues were addressed and explained what was done. We received a clean and excellent loaner car promptly. This was such a rare treat, to find a dealer that showed more concerns for what we wanted not what they have. Everyone was very professional, clean and well organized. The building was clean and since it snowed out that was a daunting challenge. Our new vehicle was inside warm and dry we were then shown how everything worked. Great place Great people!!

Miller Hill is the best! We bought our first Subaru there in 2008 (thanks Joe) and have never received anything other than excellent service, both for new car purchases as well as maintenance and repair. They know what they are doing and they do it with such great attitude and friendliness. We live 1 1/2 hours away and Miller Hill time and again has gone out of their way to make it easy and convenient for us to do all of car business there.

My SUV repair was a good experience. Everyone at Miller Hill Subaru was so accommodating from the man I phoned to the man when I arrived and got me the loaner when needed, the person who fixed the problem and the man who delivered my SUV to my house. I live over two hours drive one way from the dealer and this is the only drawback to owning this SUV. I wish there could be a repair service closer to my home as there are many Subaru vehicles in this area.
Jake Cupp at Miller Hill in Duluth had a vehicle that I wanted yet he was 1250 miles away. Jake took video of various parts of the vehicle and worked with me including shipping the vehicle to me in Virginia. All paperwork was done by next day air and went off without a hitch. The vehicle was accurately described and the transaction was A+

Appointment easy to make online. Service check in is fast and easy. Waiting room is comfortable and you are notified when your car is done and you get a free car wash.

On Tuesday, January 21, 2020, my 2019 Subaru Outback would not start with either my remote starter or push- button in-car start. Even after my friend jump started my car, the hatchback would not open. The same thing happened the next day. I called Miller Hill Subaru. The service manager suggested contacting Subaru Roadside Assistance. A day and a half later after a very frustrating experience dealing with submitting a request with Roadside Assistance, my car got towed to Miller Hill. Every employee I dealt with at the dealership was phenomenal! My salesperson, Andrew, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient (it took me about a year to decide on a new vehicle.) I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
Had oil change and tire rotate. Tire pressure was set incorrectly. Light on dash came on a few days latter, on a Sunday while we had left Duluth on a trip to Florida. I n Florida we went to our Subaru dealer who found incorrect tire pressure. Three tires were at 40 pounds and one at 30 pounds. Pressures were corrected to 35 pounds. Someone was not careful in setting tire pressure at tire rotation. Dale Lundgren

Purchased a used Outback in March '19, split cost on water pump & timing belt before pick up. 2 weeks later the battery was failing, called and was told because it sat at my cabin for a week, needed to be run. One week later it failed completely out of state and cost $193 to replace. Then called different Subaru dealer who had oil change sticker in window and found out major engine over-heat 10k miles prior. Very average I showed up and waited and my oil was changed and I paid. The worst part is the emails to take a stupid survey.
I just recently just was at the Miller hill Subaru location in Duluth Minnesota. I walked in wanting to test drive a wrx (I recently test drove a vw gti and wanted to see the differences.) I was talking to the the salesman named Ron and told him that I wanted to test drive a wrx. He stated that “In order to test drive the vehicle you need to go through the finance department first.
